About ME

Hi, I’m Firah, and this page is a reflection of my artistic journey. My connection with art began at the age of 10 when I sketched a realistic drawing of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, inspired by a simple postcard my dad collected. That moment ignited a deep passion for capturing realism, and every time I held a pencil, I felt an indescribable joy—like the world became uniquely mine.

However, as I grew older, I downplayed this gift, dismissing it as just a hobby. Despite the encouragement of my art teachers, who introduced me to different artists and urged me to take my creativity seriously, I strayed from my artistic path. Instead, I tried to follow in my dad’s footsteps as an athlete, dedicating years to playing football. But as I transitioned into adulthood, I felt an undeniable pull back to the arts. I found myself drawn to creative outlets—joining a band, singing, playing musical instruments, and eventually reconnecting with my love for visual art.

In 2021, I embraced oil painting, and everything seemed to fall into place. Specializing in ocean and seascape paintings, I am captivated by their depth, movement, and tranquility. While oil remains my primary medium, I continue to explore other forms of artistic expression to expand my creative voice.

My journey is one of rediscovery—an affirmation that our true passions always find their way back to us. Through my art, I hope to inspire those who feel lost or pressured to fit into societal expectations, reminding them to embrace their unique talents and reconnect with their true selves. This journey of self-acceptance and creative exploration is one I am committed to sharing.

With love,

Firah
